Gases
Boverket publishes this factor as CO₂e only, with no split by gas. The CO₂e leaves biogenic CO₂ and land-use carbon out; methane from biogenic sources is counted.
From Boverket's record to a comparable factor
Boverket publishes the three parts; open-climate.ai added them up to this total. Here is each field as printed and what open-climate.ai made of it.

About this factor
From Boverket
What it is
GWP (A1-A3) for wood-based panels can vary greatly between different manufacturers. To achieve a comment result, the biogenic carbon stored in products is subtracted, so that the climate impact is reported as GWP-GHG. Even after this, there can be significant differences between manufacturers which, without access to the underlying LCA report, are difficult to explain. One difference may be the environmental impact allocated to the wood raw material. For plywood, climate impact has thus been corrected for a producer (i.e. reduced). The difference after correction is less than 10 % between producers. What it includes
Data is valid for plywood made of spruce or pine and about 10 % resin . Densities between different producers varies +/-5 %.Where it applies
Plywood is commonly used as a surface material in a protected environment from weather exposure or indoors. Plywood is available as unclassified building plywood and as classified structural plywood. Structural plywood is used, for example, behind plasterboards in standard stud walls to allow heavier items to be screwed onto the finished wall. Structural plywood is manufactured in two different classes: 15/50 and 20/70 (bending strength in MPa/modulus of elasticity in MPa).
The data are representative of a plywood consisting of thin wood veneers that are cross-laminated, glued, heat-treated, and pressed under high pressure. This results in a dimensionally stable and strong board.Source and licence
