The category_subject_kind table
What kind of subject each category of the open_ef tree measures: a product, grid energy, a fuel, transport, a service, waste, a direct emission or land.

Notes#
Every top-level branch has a row, plus the leaves whose kind differs from their branch's; a factor's kind is its leaf's row, else its branch's. It decides which scope terms a factor is asked at all: a term applies where the factor's kind is among boundary_scope_term.subject_kinds, and factors_flat.boundary_scope leaves the others out.
